Biztalk explorer issue

I just installed the biztalk sdk on my machine to develope against a
biztalk server. Everything seems to be working right now but when I
try to create a send or receive port, the pop up box with all the
properties do not populate and are not visible. I unistalled and
reinstalled thinking that it would correct itself, but no luck. It is
very difficult to describe this issue so I captured it in a flash file.
This will describe it better.

Any ideas on what to do to resolve the issue?
