storing data on a remote database

When we are sending data to a database not on the same machine as Biztalk,
we get this error:
"New transaction cannot enlist in the specified transaction coordinator. "
Where do I go to resolve this issue, as no data is being inserted to the
table. This map/project ran fine on my developement machine, but now we are
moving it to the test box, and sending it to a remote database.
