Tacking Messages not working!

Hi
I´ve recently moved to BTS2006. It seems that message tracking is not
working.
I´ve set up a SOAP Send Port and allowed full tracking. When trying to save
all tracked messages from HAT no one is saved!
It seems to be a problem with SQL Server Agent and the tracking Jobs.

The following warning is raised in the Event Viewer:
