Network & Dial Up Connections not working

Hi,

We are running SBS 2000 and it has worked fine (bar a few minor glitches)
until this time. However, we need to change the DNS but cannot get anywhere
near the TCP/IP settings.

Basically, if you go through the Control Panel everything opens until you go
to Network and Dial Up Connections. When you try and open this, you just
get the hourglass and nothing else happens. There appears to be nothing
about it in the Event Viewer and we have tried rebooting. Does anybody have
any suggestions ?
