changing gpo's in directory service recovery mode

Hi, I'm in a bit of a quandary, my clients smb server had an attempted hack
recently and do to corruption of the gpo's I can't log on to the admin
account locally, I can't log in remotely either but that is another issue,
<G>... I can log in to directory service restore and I need to know which
registry keys I need to modify to return the admin account to defaults and
allow local login???
