I got a complete list by looking in MSACCESS.EXE

But the only generally useful ones were still only the ones
listed in Access Help.

I've got the A97 list:
USER, PWD,EXCL,RO,X,CMD,EMBEDDING,
Ini,Repair,Compact,Convert,Profile,
NOSTARTUP,RUNTIME,NEWDB,DBWIZ
WRKGRP,PRFTS,QZS,SHELLSYSTEM,
REGSERVER,UNREGSERVER,ZSQ,DECOMPILE

And for A2000 QZX and ZXQ replaced QZS/ZSQ.

I don't have 2002 installed on this PC.
