Your question is a little unclear. Access usually
presents a dialog box to enable the user to take an
existing database, unless the user to clicks on the
database. The normal way of creating a new database is to
go to the File menu and choose New. If you want your
application database to create a new back end, you would
have the write the appropriate code, and I am afraid I
cannot help you there.
