Just curious. Why does each site require a DBA?

If the app data schema is static and so long as you do the following:
    BACKUP LOG dotnetnuke WITH TRUNCATE_ONLY
    and
BACKUP DATABASE dotnetnuke TO DISK =
    'C:\backup\today\SQLServer\dotnetnuke.bak'
