Suppressing error messages in Setup.lst

I am distributing an access 2000 database to clients
throughout the company. However I keep getting
the "Version Conflict" screen. All this tells me is a
newer dll file is on the system, I want to edit my
setup.lst file so that by default it does not overwrite
the pre-exisiting files. Please note the files in question
may or may not be their so I can't remove them from the
installation!!!
Any ideas?
