showwindowsintaskbar not workung in runtime 2003

hi !
i'd like to show the forms in the taskbar.
I am doing this with follwoing code:
SetOption "ShowWindowsInTaskbar", True
that works perfect on a fullversion access 2003 but not with runtime 2003 on win2000 installations.
what I'm doing wrong.
