Old "Smart database" convert to Access

I need help on converting an OLD database called, "Smart"
from Innovative Solutions, Inc. We are STILL using the
old Smart system because it is HUGE and we would like to
convert it over to Microsoft Access. Any ideas on how to
go about doing this?
